4. How long does it take to get my order?
Digital Art: Draft will be sent to your email for approval in 2 working days. Upon approval, a digital file (PDF＆PNG) will be sent to your email.
Physical Art: Draft will be sent to your email for approval in 2 working days. Upon approval, your picture will be created, carefully packaged and delivered in 7 business days.
5. What is your refund policy?
To make sure you are 100% satisfied with your portrait, we offer unlimited times of draft revision. We would only send out the final product after you approved your draft.
